Sorry - this topic is not a good fit for this forum section. While we don't always reach our lofty goal, what we are looking for here is in-depth conversation around a particular book / musical artist / movie / game that you (and other Scratchers) find inspiring. We're not looking to host a space where Scratchers collect funny bits of the internet. Feel free to make a studio or project for things like that.

Grandfather clause, since the YouTube comments thread has been around for a while?!?!

That could be the answer, except my old ESRB thread got closed down a few years ago after over a hundred pages.

Got a question for the Scratch Team (or anyone who knows the definite answer): If the owner of a topic goes inactive, is someone allowed to make a second version of the topic? I'm seeing the Pokemon Topic is on its fifth iteration, and I'd like to create a new Warrior Cats Topic since @777w (the owner of the current one) has gone inactive.

I think it's only allowed if the topic reaches so many posts and pages that it gets hard to load.

Thanks! I'll wait for a Scratch Team member to answer.

I actually have an idea. You know how people are advertising there projects when they probably shouldn’t do, well I think that maybe at the beginning or end or middle of a project, and advertisement show up. If that happens then people won’t have to complain about advertising. All you have to do is click a button that says, “New Advertisement” and then you can just make the advertisement and it will show up at the beginning of projects.
