Ban studios, users, collabs and projects for stopping f4f and ads or any other related subject

FULL support. I think Save Scratch studios are useless. Making a studio isn't saving Scratch, you mostly can't change the community. Change yourself. thanks Dad for this life lesson.

Anti-bullying studios - most break the CG and mention the bullies and get gangs to bring hate to the “bullies”. Half of these studios are false and the real bullies are the creators of the studio (past experience). Same goes for anti-ST, anti-F4F and such. Like, do it on the forums or email, where it'll ACTUALLY make a difference.

No, it's not ok. Complaining about someone's ban is considered gossiping and may lead to more problems for the user. In the case of a semi-popular Scratcher, their account got deleted for “causing drama.” Report any studios like this, or use Contact Us.

Using an alt account while you are banned is ban evading, and then creating a studio complaining about your ban is breaking another rule, so that would be breaking 2 rules, which is even worse than just doing nothing.

Correct, there is only a surge of user activity due to COVID-19. With users comes “bullies and spammers” but it's not that many.
