Concerning bumping, that is a membership perk that hasn't been discussed yet, but I have mixed feelings about.

It's a good thing that you pointed out that the USS is apparently still under construction. I think we're at a good point to remove those disclaimers now. Even if we're still working out things such as benefits for shops, the fundamentals for this federation seem to be all ironed out.

A weekly bump could just be in the form of the optional newsletter (which would be stated in the perks of the newsletter).
