I may not be a USS staff member but as a SCA staff member (and former USS staff member) with a good chunk of experience, the requirements state that you need 100 forum posts minimum; 500 forum posts recommended. The perks (i.e. managing a shop and/or federation) say that the shop needs to be open for at least 4 months (the federation probably needs to be active have 3 members at least and has been opened for 1 month). Galaxi_cat's store would need to be linked, and depending on how long it's been opened, and the amount of orders it has taken; would also be depending factors. I also don't see any federation that you own/manage. When you say “many employees,” five isn't that much, putting into retrospect; the Glow Shop with 30+ employees, and over 500 pages is what you would call big.
