These shops should be fine for entry into the USS (and I agree with your comment, scratchieguy12345678), but I just want to make sure we're fine with accepting shops that were created this recently.

Assuming this is about their tiering suggestion, do you have any feedback on how to refine it? Or do you just not want that to be implemented at all?

Do you feel the same way about the seal of approval concept?

Currently, the USS does not have a constitution. We have decided to simplify how the USS works, and it started with doing that. Instead, we have the very simple USS Guidelines:

I want to make sure I understand your tier concept, though; we assign each shop a grade/tier (S, A, B), for the shop overall, and then for each specialty/product they offer?
