Hi, I've noticed that in the forums, there's a such thing as ‘stickies’ that stay at the top of sections.
I think it would be nice to allow user to set up ‘sticky comments’ on (only) their own projects that stay at the top of the comments. The sticky comments would contain important notes that many people ignore when contained in the instructions/notes. This would be useful for things like ‘Please don’t post your score' ‘Click the green flag twice for better timing’, etc.
I totally agree with this! (I actually wrote a topic that was really similar to this not realizing it was a dupe lol
)

No support. The creator of the project could write a comment/s then close the comments. If they don’t want to close the comments, the creator can just write the note in the instructions or notes/credits. (Or possibly the project itself)

(Or possibly the project itself)a lot of people don't read the description before commenting. also, creators should be able to pin someone else's comment to the top. it would enhance and improve the commenting experience.

(Or possibly the project itself)what if the maker of the project wants people to comment but people keep on ignoring the project's notes/credits, instructions, and/or the project itself??
I think a pinned comment would be the solution in this scenario.

This would be really useful. Support. I often find myself wanting to keep a comment at the top, and to accomplish that, I have to turn off commenting which is inconvenient because then people can't comment

You could make a comment then close comments? No support.
What if you want that people still comment, it would just be easier and better
I support this idea, but it would have it’s limitations to prevent spam or other similar things, hope it gets added!

Only the owner can make stickied comments. No reason for them to spam on their own project.You could make a comment then close comments? No support.
What if you want that people still comment, it would just be easier and better
