The Official List of Rejected Suggestions
Heads up everyone, I'm closing comments on my profile tomorrow, and they will remain closed for several months while I focus on graduate school studies. At this time I still plan to maintain this list of rejected suggestions. I don't expect anything to change in the way I maintain it, as I've been checking it every Saturday for the past several months, and that seems to be working out just fine. In the meantime, as always, please keep the discussion on this thread related to rejected suggestions.
@Paddle2See stated to me earlier this summer that a pi block is not actually rejected, so I'm not going to add it to the list. add pi block in the list
this rejected? That doesn't seem rejected, as far as I know. Hmmm, is
this a solution to 8.5? It gives users the option to allow their username to be available for someone else, and moves the data of deleted accounts elsewhere if the user chooses to do so. This way, the ST can still refer back to a deleted account if another user uses its username, and moderate the correct user. This doesn't solve potential impersonation/confusion within the community, so I believe it is still rejected. Is
this suggestion rejected?I believe it is, since the text you convert it to could be considered “pseudocode,” hence it falls under the rejected suggestion you quoted. Is

Very creative! But I agree - this sounds very confusing and complex. Probably a lot of work to implement for not much actual benefit to the community.

this is rejected a few minutes agoThis one seems…a tad obvious, and not suggested very often. I personally would not choose to do that, but it’s @Za-Chary’s choice in the end. I’m just giving my thoughts.

Whilst not suggested often I disagree that this is obvious. I’m sure loads of users have the assumption that Scratch Team members will never break the guidelines. If this is suggested more often I think it will be a good entry to add.this is rejected a few minutes agoThis one seems…a tad obvious, and not suggested very often. I don't see why it would be. Is adding a Scratch emoji button next to comments rejected?

https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/post/6559040/Yep. I don't think I'll add it to the list at this time since it doesn't seem to be a common suggestion. So would this be rejected?
this might be rejectedIt is indeed, and I addressed it in my previous post on this thread.
this is rejected recently but no one really suggests itI feel like I've seen it suggested a couple of times before, but after a quick search I wasn't able to find proof of that. I did see something along the lines of “Remove the Report button on featured projects,” but that's not quite the same thing. Perhaps also what I'm thinking of could be questions made in the Questions about Scratch forum asking why you can report Scratch Team members' projects. Nonetheless, I agree that it is rejected but not commonly suggested enough to add it to the list.
I do agree with this, too. It's something I would consider adding to the list if it were suggested often enough. It doesn't seem as obviously-rejected as something like “Remove the Report button entirely.” Whilst not suggested often I disagree that this is obvious. I’m sure loads of users have the assumption that Scratch Team members will never break the guidelines. If this is suggested more often I think it will be a good entry to add.
I don't think so. Is adding a Scratch emoji button next to comments rejected?
I'm confused on what you mean by this. Suggestions asking to add cloud lists are already assuming that they would be added to projects, so cloud lists are already rejected in relation to putting them in projects. I think 1.5's rejection also extends to messages and projects

Hi, I have a question. There was a suggestion (and I’ll find the link when I’m able) about censoring remixes with no changes. @Paddle2See* responded by saying that it was a great idea, but the Scratch Team would have to figure out how much a remix would have to change to get removed. So then, how would that suggestion differ from the censor minor remixes suggestion, and is it still rejected at this point?

opps, I actually mean 1.4. Sorry, my mistakeI'm confused on what you mean by this. Suggestions asking to add cloud lists are already assuming that they would be added to projects, so cloud lists are already rejected in relation to putting them in projects. I think 1.5's rejection also extends to messages and projects

Well, until then, everyone on the forums will have to wait until it becomes a common suggestion, which could be in 1/0 years.https://scratch-mit-edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/discuss/post/6559040/Yep. I don't think I'll add it to the list at this time since it doesn't seem to be a common suggestion. So would this be rejected?

As @Za-Chary would probably say, “That doesn't look rejected, and it isn't suggested commonly enough”. Is this rejected? I don't think so, but it might be.

I think the option to change your username was also rejected in 8.1
