Scratch isn't a browser. Blocked? Bypasses parental controls? I'm confused. It was rejected because it would divide the community, and there is NO way to confirm someone is 13+

Well, it's still a rejected suggestion, and that's what this list is for.
If we remove just that one, we might as well just remove every old rejected suggestion.

I think it's a good idea and I haven't seen it either but maybe you can collapse it into “add back old or bring new emojis” since I see new emojis often.
