Okay! Got it! However, you responded a little bit late, as I got scratch 1.4 and explore 3.4 running. How do you download 3.5 though?

It's a .image file, so run it by dragging and dropping it over the exe or app file/dock icon for Scratch 1.4 or your existing Explore install.

Explore hasn't been updated for many years and the developer hasn't really been on Scratch in a long time either, so no, Explore 3.4 is probably the final official update, and Explore 3.5 Alpha is probably the last version.
