Ideas -

interview show with SWC
SWCers can respond to a survey project each week asking who they wanted to hear from the next week and then they would offer questions they would want to hear other SWCer's respond to.
Then the team that is running it (us) will gather all the questions and choose some of them to interview that week's person based off the most voted catergory and top questions.
Podcast or Slideshow? (both?)
We could have a Studio with all of the interviews and polls in it

So we open up to those and then go and ask if anyone from that category wants to be interviewed

People who have expressed interest in being interveiwed -
If you would like to, feel free to tell us that you would like to be interviewed. Then if your category gets voted in you may be talked to.

Questions -

The Questions would be anything that the SWCers want to ask, so long as its appropriate.
They won't know who's being asked that week, or which category they're from.
They can propose the questions on a weekly voting project for which category next week.

Weekly Themes -

Base the theme for the actual interview off who we're talking to that week and then the Poll off past SWC sessions or cabins?

Rules -

Follow the community guidelines
No personal questions or anything that could be an invasion of privacy
Be kind and friendly to every guest
Only two questions each till the next poll
You can only vote for one category each week and you can’t vote for specific people.
Guests are allowed to deny any question they’re not comfortable with answering.

I think we could try a slideshow at first and if it goes well we could try a podcast as well <3
And once we first design the slides then we won't really have to redesign them, just change the text.

I made a Canva - Here I though a Mango theme would be good for the first one, but I'm not graphic designer and it doesn't look the best so… If any of you want to change it up go for it

That sounds great! Since leader results should be coming out on the Monday (Saturday or Sunday if they’re quick, hehe~) we could maybe interview a host first and have them talk a bit about how SWC is run behind the scenes and release that on Friday? Then we can get the first poll by next Monday, by which time all cos should be chosen!

We could just interview a host for the first one, and then do the voting for every interview after? And then when people vote on categories for the first time, they'll already have an example interview to see.
