Oops, I got the application and ordering rules confused. I was thinking the codeword was for applying. And you were actually good the first time, explanation is only necessary if you're applying for something not on the list.

After testing your project on an iPad and an iPhone, I have concluded your project is mobile friendly. However, I may suggest adding a dedicated jump button to allow for more precise control over the scratch cat. Otherwise, your project it completely functional on mobile devices.

Your game seems to be mobile friendly (a bit slow on my Redmi, but eh I've seen worse lag), yet jumping is a bit annoying with the joystick, I recommend a button for it. Nice game btw

Interesting. Most pong games simply use mouse x, but the way you've implemented it works pretty well. I can't think of any improvements except ditching the tapping on a side of the screen, and just make the paddle follow the mouse. I'd be willing to help of you'd like!
