Interesting. Most pong games simply use mouse x, but the way you've implemented it works pretty well. I can't think of any improvements except ditching the tapping on a side of the screen, and just make the paddle follow the mouse. I'd be willing to help of you'd like!

Thanks for the feedback, I mostly based it on mobile friendly platformers where you tapped a part of the screen and the player moved or jumped. I was also thinking about where the player could just tap on a place and the paddle would instantly go there.

i saw the useragents part of the first page, seems like it says android 10, yet probably everyone had different android versions or browsers, maybe you should set it like this:

@username - useragent
@another one - another useragent

btw mine is Android Linux 14, Chrome Canary 134.0.0.0, No flash since support dropped for it :p

might be better if you also listed phone model if possible, mine's a Xiaomi Redmi A3 with 3gb ram, and yeah that's it

I've actually been silently following this topic for a while

It kind of is, though, especially the browser info, as some features work better on some browsers than others. Additionally, some OS info can tell you things about the device running it- for example, if you have someone running iPadOS, they're on an iPad- no other device has a (legal) copy of iPadOS.

After testing, I have concluded that your project is extremely mobile friendly. I liked the movement a lot, because it was intuitive and easy to play. I imagine mobile is even easier than computer would be, which is quite an achievement! One thing though–I had a hard time seeing the moths. That's not necessarily an issue with mobile, except for the fact that a small screen makes it worse. Other than that, keep up the great work!

Oh, and one last thing: Is the text that says “mobile” a button? Did it detect me being on mobile? It didn't do anything when I tapped it. If it should, you might want to make a solid shape around it, because otherwise you have to click precisely on the letters, which is not easy on mobile.

the “mobile” text, and the larger flower to the right of it, is a checkbox. I put a shape around the letters, but it doesn't seem like it's big enough.

Hi again! Yeah, I'm gonna tell tke not to do it, this is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if someone from your shop made it. For bumps, I bump whenever I think to.
