I miss it. (The banner at the bottom), I loved how the scratch mascots smiled friendly, but the update removed them, R.I.P scratch mascots smiling at the community guidelines page bottom banner 2013-2024/5 .

Yes guys we need to spread around this hashtag get it number 1 on trending 
All aside though, the sprites in the banner should be made 3.0 and its all good. This is a mostly meaningless change though so I don't know if ST would consider it from these suggestions

Well, the Scratch Cat still was 2.0 styled, and I feel like those sprites were only there to showcase the new sprites in 2.0

nah don't believe what google saysYES JUSTICE FOR DE SCRATCHIES also hold up a min- there are 6 community guideline rules and 6 scratch cat friends sooooacording to ggogle, turbowarp is the sevneth scratch mascot

Yes; The Scratch Cat in 2013's Scratch 2.0 had a straighter top of the mouth; 2018's Scratch 3.0 introduced a more curved smile.Support, I liked the banner that was there.
