Suggestions: I don't want to sound mean, but the tree doesn't look very good if I'm being honest. If you weren't confident in your skills as a pixel artist, I gave an option to do vector instead. Now for improvement: less color and less blending. When you blend a bunch, it makes it look like a blurry image rather than pixel art. the colors in the wood part of the tree are basically (but not exactly) all the same but with slightly different brightnesses, giving it a smudgy look, and the leaves blend into the the wood in a strange way. the vector stuff on your profile looks pretty cool, so I'm kinda sad that you didn't just do that instead :<
