Don’t have the authority to answer this, but since nobody else has, just write whatever. Exelsior hasn’t been on Scratch in a while (to my knowledge) and nobody had said anything in this forum for a good while until a couple days back, so go for it.

I think a super-grounded Batman is growing a bit old, same for Year One stories, but if you feel you can bring something new and fresh to the idea, then go for it.

It's not fully formed yet, but part of it is that Nuclear Man makes Superman more powerful, meaning that he has to hold back more, making it easier for him to mess up.

Superman represents the best parts of humanity, Nuclear Man represents some of the worst.

Do the second one, but do the version of Hugo where he’s actually surprisingly strong and can hold his own against Batman for a bit.

Strange’s whole deal is proving that the Arkham inmates have become that way because of the Batman, so I feel it would be best set around his 1-year anniversary. You could also use this as a way to bring in Joker.

I don’t think Strange should create those monsters himself.

I feel there should be some greater plan of his.
