Alright thanks. Exelsior has kinda been active in other forums but i'm not sure if he still is, I'll try to reach out to himDon’t have the authority to answer this, but since nobody else has, just write whatever. Exelsior hasn’t been on Scratch in a while (to my knowledge) and nobody had said anything in this forum for a good while until a couple days back, so go for it.Bump.Bump.Bump.Bump.Bump. So, with Batman, can I help Exelsior w/ it? Is exelsior still on here?

Alright guys Exelsior isn't doing it anymore so I guess I'll do Batman, the problem is, that leaves me with 2 solo problems which is a no-no. Anyone up for Wonder Woman? I would suggest a Boom-Hex collab for Wonder Woman, unless anyone would like to co-write Batman with me.
(for those who are confused the PDCU has a rule where in Wave 1 each writer is allowed only 1 solo project)

For those of you in this forum that aren't Plat or Hex, what do you guys think about a grounded year one Batman story with themes about crime and stuff like that, with a more grounded villain? I can share the plot here for feedback if you guys think that premise could work

I think a super-grounded Batman is growing a bit old, same for Year One stories, but if you feel you can bring something new and fresh to the idea, then go for it. Yeah, you and Hex have kinda convinced me, I think I'll do something else. I still wanna do early Batman tho. Any ideas for a villain? Should I just keep Freeze?I think a super-grounded Batman is growing a bit old, same for Year One stories, but if you feel you can bring something new and fresh to the idea, then go for it. What if you make the tone similar to a more serious Batman 66?Yeah, you and Hex have kinda convinced me, I think I'll do something else. I still wanna do early Batman tho. Any ideas for a villain? For now, I'm leaning towards Freeze or Hugo Firefly, Hugo Strange or Ventriloquist could be cool.

Okay, right now I'm leaning towards 2 different stories.
1 is a more traditional Batman movie, would take place during winter, the villain would be Freeze
2 a movie where Hugo Strange is the mastermind, but he doesn't fight Batman obviously, then we would also have someone like Killer Croc and/or Man-Bat or something
Picking between a Christmas movie or a Halloween movie, lol
Still unsure

Do the second one, but do the version of Hugo where he’s actually surprisingly strong and can hold his own against Batman for a bit. Okay, right now I'm leaning towards 2 different stories.

… Maybe? It's not fully formed yet, but part of it is that Nuclear Man makes Superman more powerful, meaning that he has to hold back more, making it easier for him to mess up.How? I'm intrigued I HAVE FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE NUCLEAR MAN A GOOD VILLAIN
Superman represents the best parts of humanity, Nuclear Man represents some of the worst.

Yeah that would work. I'm kinda stuck tho rn because I'm not a huge Hugo Strange connoisseur. Would anyone like to co-write or at least help write a bit?Do the second one, but do the version of Hugo where he’s actually surprisingly strong and can hold his own against Batman for a bit. I think I've figured out Lex's scheme. Lex is pretty much in control of Metropolis, no matter who the elected officials are. But the year the movie takes place, there's record turnout in the elections. His preferred candidate even wins. But he's so mad and his ego is so bruised from people thinkijg there might be a chance at changing anything that in act 3, he uses the military to takeover Metropolis and declare it the country of Lexor with him as king.

It’s not bad, it’s better than your prior idea.

Batman Ideas
- Main villain is Hugo Strange
- Batman is in his early days and Strange is kind of obsessed with “analyzing” Batman
- Batman's arc will be proving Strange's judgements wrong
- Strange is a psychiatrist but he's also very knowledgeable in biology and chemistry, so he creates some monsters (Croc? Man-Bat? Grundy?)
- Strange is revealed as the one pulling the strings only at the end
- He's strong and can hold his own against Batman for a bit

Batman IdeasStrange’s whole deal is proving that the Arkham inmates have become that way because of the Batman, so I feel it would be best set around his 1-year anniversary. You could also use this as a way to bring in Joker.

I don’t think Strange should create those monsters himself.
I feel there should be some greater plan of his.

Does that count as an arc? Batman's arc will be proving Strange's judgements wrong
