Blocks Orientation : Horizontal Blocks!
The horizontal blocks are actually made for smaller touchscreen interfaces such as tablets. Some in this post have noticed that the blocks are “fatter” than the regular Scratch 3.0 ones, this is because they're just not meant for non-touch environments (such as desktop and laptop PCs) that use a keyboard and mouse.

it IS a valid cons, having to scroll a lot more would give problems to people with long scripts.the horizontal one is slightly larger, this would be more noticable with long scripts like the following one https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/get_image/.%2E/3236b5224755ae9e2c2f181bc193be55.pngNotice the size: the problem with the “you can simply scroll” is that you have to scroll a LOT more with horizontal blocks.
also, as i said before, making it toggeable would give problems to educators (and giving problems to educators is the reason why the ST has rejected certain suggestions)

No more size disscusion. I don't consider it a valid cons

Scrolling a lot is not a problem. You scroll every day, it's impossible to make everything on a screen. If you consider it to be a valid con, you should also say that about verticle blocks, after all, you have to scroll…it IS a valid cons, having to scroll a lot more would give problems to people with long scripts.the horizontal one is slightly larger, this would be more noticable with long scripts like the following one https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/get_image/.%2E/3236b5224755ae9e2c2f181bc193be55.pngNotice the size: the problem with the “you can simply scroll” is that you have to scroll a LOT more with horizontal blocks.

im not saying that with the current blocks you dont have to scroll, but rather that you have to scroll less.Scrolling a lot is not a problem. No more size disscusion. I don't consider it a valid consIf it is a problem that also exists in the current blocks also, I consider it not to have an effect on this. It is simply unreasonable to reject a suggestion just because of a minor problem that exists because some people are too lazy to scroll a bit. Actually, currently, if you try to organize some scripts, you have to scroll both in the x and y scrolls, but after this you would only have to scroll the x, since the block height is much much smaller, and you could organize it in much more lines without having to scroll the y as much, thus being more efficient and beautiful.
also, i would rather be able to easly edit a huge segment of a single script than easly editing multiple, smaller segments of scripts.

I think a simple workaround to this is changing the orientation of the coding area, putting it below the stage and across to the sprites section, and moving the sprites and backgrounds up next to the stage.
Also, I have already mentioned several of these points in a previous post.

True, you won't need to scroll Y

in horizontal coding….Support. While I wouldn't use it myself, I could see some others using it a lot.
I don't know who'll use it??

This would not blend well with really long operator chains (or even relatively short ones). I say it's best that the order of blocks is given a separate axis from operators. It's good as an introduction to the simple concept of programming, but as someone gets more advanced, it would become a nightmare to organize anything in a big project.

No support, it's going well with scratchJR because it's much simpler but Scratch 3.0 is to complicated and it just wouldn't be practical!

Only Icons Blocks Suggestion! This is different from my
Horizontal Blocks look better in my opinion bit there are none of them. So how is this on the Scratch Wiki?![]()
There can be button to switch to them and we can use them. I know all the blocks since I became a Scratcher and I know it will be difficult for New Scratchers. So we can have the Vertical as default and we can switch to horizontal blocks.
Pls Don't Mention ScratchJr as you have told me about it. ScratchJr is different and Scratch is different. ScratchJr is a app and they some people not want to download it (like me). So pls don't mention ScratchJr, mention something different which is not in the Scratch Family. Also a WebSite
Edit : Added Also a WebSite to last paragraph (12:40 PM IST)
Support! The blocks you gave seem much simpler and cleaner than the current blocks, PLUS I think they will create less lag

{and, How would you make a C block with lots of inputs???

Please look at the img in the OP before posting
There is mockup for loops which is the forever loop. If you have reporters and booleans to code then use vertical or the Scratch Team will figure it out if they implement it

they could have at least put a symbol.
