for booleans we uh basically do the same thing but we turn it on the side and since the words “or”, “and”, and “not” are short we pray that we can fit it into the block

Also, would that just display the flag icon like in 0.x, but like, what would it turn into if someone had vertical blocks?
How do you even differentiate between variables and lists lol (and do the dropdowns still go up and down or are they also horizontal)

Seems to me the horizontal blocks are designed exclusively for Scratch Jr; there's no reporters, booleans, multiple input blocks or broadcast names, all of which are also unavailable in Scratch Jr. What would they look like?

How is it “irrelevant” when Scratch Jr. is still used today?

no support, I like the design of the vertical blocks, and feel it shows you how to arrange code, indents, basically the blocks that go inside stuff like forever, is also visible, all in all it's easier to change from scratch to other languages. it will also be very hard to show variables and broadcasts, and anything else like that, and also I don't want normal scratch to be scratch junior.

There's no text so, it could be confusing for new scratchers - for what a block is used. Talking about ScratchJr, they added only simple blocks compared to Scratch.
