No support, the hat looks weird, and it's also unnecessary. Just add a hat to any of your projects that the Scratch Cat is in.

You still haven't given me an answer, what would be the use of this hat? Barely any would use it, and if chance someone would use it, they could just go to the sprite library, and pick up the hat sprite and put it on their Scratch Cat. Easy as that.
