Yeah same- I support. People who don't know english will not know what it means then. Let me test… I'm on windows so it might work.
No, on windows it doesn't matter the language, the 60s rule is in English

well, not that much in the forums seems to be translated, but whatever, here's my opinion:
if you want to get any attention besides showing your project (like the suggestions), the language forums are the worst thing ever. it seems like every of those forums has a topic for new blocks where pretty much everyone just posts their ideas, nothing gets discussed, 99% are dupes. so if you actually want to do something in the forums, you have no option, you have to use the english forums. and to have as little confusion as possible, you should set your language to english. and that makes the translation pointless.
overall, i think that the forums should be completely in english since the community is so small anyway (at least in the suggestions) but until then translations for the 60s rule would be nice. just wouldn't make soooooo much sense imo.

So you’d rather that the people that use Scratch who do not speak English cannot use the forums. well, not that much in the forums seems to be translated, but whatever, here's my opinion:

Just because you speak and understand english it doesn’t mean that everyone in the world understands English.

Everything you’ve mentioned isn’t in English (apart from the report, quote + edit thingies)! I’ll link this post in the OP. Testing if it works for Arabic

Can you change the title and OP to reflect all messages that prevent you from sending your post? Like the “You can't post images” or “That image host isn't valid”
