NO SUPPORT
Anyone can get blocked from a certain studio, and spam on another studio. This is basically blocking someone, which was a now removed feature that was in Scratch 1.x, which doesn't help the problem at all.

They are comparing your suggestion to restraining orders, not saying that one should interact with the other.You mean something like restraining orders?Are you really going to ban someone for having a restraining order? Are you really going to sanction them to which they'd ignore everything?
No support, the current reporting and alert system is effective as it is. Banning a user from commenting on a specific user/studio would just enable them to continue their behavior.

After talking it over with other Scratch Team members, we don't feel that these kinds of situations come up often enough to require another tool to deal with them. That may change in the future - but that's where we are right now.
