I don't think you can share those links because it shows who that person is, and that's considering “naming and shaming”, but yea you can just not respond to that person.

I suggest using the Contact Us link to let the Scratch Team know that this is an on-going problem.

I don't support the block idea because it is unnecessary, as we already have bans, and we have temp bans.

It means they can't comment on your profile, projects, or reply to a comment made by you. And they would probably not be able to do any kind of actions relating to you or your projects, etc. And such as liking and hearting your projects or following you. It's pretty self explanatory.

it's also a way to solve a problem that your having with that individual without getting them in trouble. Not every way of solving a problem should result in someone getting banned, it can be a bit harsh.
