these are some ideas and helpful info for new people
everybody wants to make trendy, popular games so i have gathered some ideas!

REMIXING

if you don't know already, if there is a project that you really like and you want to do something similar then you can click the remix button on a project and you will have an identicle copy of it but make sure you do change the code or something about it becuase if you don't then you could get banned

@banana_cat303: Hey - that's a pretty cool list you got there! I would suggest making a studio for that - and then tell others about it in the Show and Tell forum. If you'd like, you could also mention in the topic that it's geared towards new users.

Welcome to Scratch! Have you checked out the Scratch Welcoming Committee? There's a lot of users there who will be more than happy to help you get started.

I had to delete my old account and now I have a new one but it's hard and frustrating to get likes because I just learned how to use cloud variables and now I can't until I'm a scratcher but I don't know what to make that will get me likes.

I would suggest heading to the Project Ideas forum - there are lots of folks there who will be more than happy to give you some suggestions for your future projects.

Some tips for new scratchers is to try your best and don't give up. If you don't know something the scratch community is a great place to ask for help. You can also watch videos on coding. My tip is to try your best and don't give up.

Another thing to know about being new to scratch is always know that scratch isn't about fame! It's about making friends and coding projects! And if you are very desprite to get followers, then just ask me! I will help you, and make you an amazing profile picture!
