It will have a checkbox in messages that is normally off, that says “Receive messages when you are Quoted”. If you turn it on, it will say
An example:

CGRises Quoted your reply to Bring back the backdrop Scroll Blocks! Saying /\ No support because of this.

when I do so. In the way that I give an example that would probably happen, you might want it to be an option, but if you are the only one who says “No support,” then it's nice to know that someone out there agrees with you.

For those of you who say it creates spam, I believe you, but;
You do remember the 60 and 120 second rules, they would deter many spammers, when they realize that they can't say:

I'ma Spammin'

And 3 seconds later, say

I'ma Spammin'

again.
