Rollers can be a pain, but they're not unbeatable. LoudHeadphones, what weapon are you using? I don't have much of a strategy, but I would suggest making use of bombs.

Yea, I have as hard a time with them as with all the other weapons (the balancing is insane, really.) I can't remember the name of what I use but it has a lot of range which is good since I like the sniping spots. It has ink walls too and the special is the air strike.

Except that I got my first Smash game last Christmas and I still am a failure at it. So I have no right to ask for a new game.
Oh, and by the way my mom doesn't let me use WiFi on my WiiU, so I'd only be able to campaign anyway.

What do you think would be the best set for a sort of ‘assassin’?

Here's what I was thinking:
.96 Gal/Squiffer (echolocator one)/Blaster or .52 Gal Deco (with Recon)

Main Slots:
Headgear: Ink Saver (Main)
Clothes: Ninja Squid
Shoes: ink Resistance

Minor Slots:
Ink Recovery (x2)
Swim Speed (x3)
Recon/Tenacity (see above)
Special Charge Time (x3)

I meant surprise attack. I just think .96 Gal would be best cuz you can bait them into focusing on the sprinkler, and if they don't they get punished for it. ;D Up high is just a sniper. I meant a primarily swim-based style where you quickly set up sprinkler(s) in the zone(s) then go keep the others from getting them. You can even swim into their base to finish them.

Keep in mind abilities don't add up. Your Squid Speed x3 wouldn't be any faster than just 1.

I think it will still stack, but not as much. e.g. having one might give 1, having 2 might give 1.5, having 3 might give 1.75.
