The first part of the suggestion where you say that the avatar is ugly is a dupe. For the second one, I support. This may even grow scratcher's creativity so they can choose their favourite Scratch character.

Wow! Those are amazing icons, I was thinking that. Maybe, to stop spam uploading of images, New Scratchers could only use one of those pictures until they become Scratcher status….or is that just annoying for New Scratchers?

Extremely better than we have today.

I would think the neutral icon is BORING, so why not add color to it? And you can use other things, and even upload your own.

I've got two things to say:

I don't get what's wrong with just following these three steps:
Ask how to change your icon (optional).
Make an icon, or take an existing image.
Set your icon to what you wish.
It's not really that hard.

I've seen a lot of people who still have the default icon. With stickfiregames' idea, they would look more different from each other.

In conclusion, semi-support.

This would be awesome! It took me like 2 days to figure out how to change the profile pic because i kept clicking the profile pic and not the change button when i started scratch xd this would be awesome and if you dont want to make your own pfp you would have options at least.

This would encourage people not changing their pfp, especially the younger audience who probably wouldn't concern themselves with such things anyway. If we make the default ones more interesting there will likely be fewer custom profile pictures (among certain people).
