A tall, stone staircase leads you to some ruins. The ruins do not look ancient, and it appears people have been there recently from all the rubbish and graffiti. It is overgrown from lack of upkeep.

Inside the ruins, there is a sturdy building surrounded in a towering fence. The building does not have any windows and has a word on the wall-
