Jeff is a friendly entity and will not harm you. Jeff stays still in its shop and looks at you eagerly, waiting for you to buy one of its four randomized items.

Jeff's Shop is the only shop that was added in an update after the initial release of the game.
Jeff's Shop only sells 4 out of the 6 items at a time, in a random order. The shop changes every run.
