Scratch Day 2015 is right around the corner! It is happening on May 9th, 2015, to be exact :]

Scratch Day is a global network of events that celebrates Scratch and the people who Scratch. There were over 200 Scratch Day celebrations around the world last year! Pretty sweet, huh?

Scratch Day celebrations come in all shapes and size. Maybe you invite a couple friends over to your house? Or maybe you attend a big Scratch Day celebration at a nearby school or community center?

Scratch Day celebrations have something for everyone! Whether you're making your first Scratch project, learning something more advanced, or collaborating with a new friend, all are welcome :]

I've never participated in one before, I don't know much about it, but they sound cool! Hopefully I'll still be in school by the 9th of May, because school is the only way for me to access Scratch right now.
