I made the topic scratcher nation but @paddle2see told me that they can't implement all suggestions, but he/she also told me that a Index for suggestions already suggested would stop people from posting duplicate topics. So that's what this is:

An index could be very helpful - although I think it has been attempted in the past. It takes a fair amount of work to keep one up to date and well-organized. You might start by looking around in the first couple of pages of the section and seeing what you can find. I'll sticky it for now and we'll check back from time to time and see if it is developing into a useful resource. Thanks

Just deleted all of the ones stirring up a bunch of debate and the ones with not a good support ratio.

Still pretty sizable though, so yeah, grouping by category would be most ideal!!
