I think Scratch should have this thing that's kind of like YouTube's Watch Later.
If someone really wants to try out a project they just found but they have no time to do so and wants to watch/try/play/view the project later, then this thing would really come in handy. Because I don't think the search system is very reliable. And that person might forget how they got to the project in the first place.

alternatives:
- bookmark the page
- copy links and paste in a notepad text file
- favorite
sorry but with all the alternatives and low demand it just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Agreed. Also, you can just leave the internet tab up. That's what I do.

No support. You could just bookmark it, make a link in a notepad file, favorite it, or leave the tab open.

why are you giving up already? the idea is actually great, but it needs fine tuning. assume this idea is “bookmarking”. here are some questions: Ok then…
- where would bookmarked projects be located?
- would bookmarked projects be visible to others?
- after viewing, would they disappear from the queue? would a special recommendation be made?
- how many bookmarked projects can there be? (think about if kids started doing “bookmark everything” games)
- if a bookmarked project gets unshared, will it be hidden from the queue or removed?
edit: 404'd?

Well, after thinking about it, I think that it would be much more useful if there was a section labeled “Recommended”, which would consist of projects (with tags very related to the ones of projects you have viewed before) the Scratch website would suggest viewing, but I wasn't sure if I should just bring up a whole other (slightly irrelevant) suggestion to this discussion.why are you giving up already? the idea is actually great, but it needs fine tuning. assume this idea is “bookmarking”. here are some questions: Ok then…
•where would bookmarked projects be located? //my answer: maybe a section in My Stuff
•would bookmarked projects be visible to others? //my answer: maybe an checkbox as a choice to do so
•after viewing, would they disappear from the queue? would a special recommendation be made? //my answer: possibly
•how many bookmarked projects can there be? (think about if kids started doing “bookmark everything” games) //my answer: maybe a max. of 15-20
•if a bookmarked project gets unshared, will it be hidden from the queue or removed? //my answer: removed, I guess

But other than that, I had no other ideas. (PSYCH)
If someone had OCD, which is kind of common, I reckon they wouldn't like to see a random project in the bookmarks. Or maybe not, but I am one of those people. Using notepad or something like that? I wouldn't bother because I'm lazy in this kind of stuff.
(P.S. Fail attempt at trying to add a comment to each question in the list.

I think this could be useful in some contexts, like if you found a project you wanted to see on an iPod but you had to wait until you got to an actual computer to view it. Then bookmarks or leaving the tab open wouldn't really work.

Support.
I think I suggested this before, but barely anyone thought it was a good idea due to the workarounds.

No support just:
1) Remember
2) Save the name/link
3) Bookmark it

Never thought I could've gotten more support after such a start.
2) Some people are lazy.
3) Read what I said above.

1) People don't have photographic memories. And besides, no one would really bother to remember if they don't have the time to look at it for a LONG time. (based on personal experience) No support just:
1) Remember
2) Save the name/link
3) Bookmark it

If people are lazy, they're not going to change. Unless they aren't proud of being lazy. Which I highly doubt for many people.Something to keep them lazy? Uhhh, nah.Not unless they have something (this suggestion) to help.Too bad for those people, then. 2) Some people are lazy.

Uh… Are you sure about that? If people are lazy, they're not going to change.
Anyway, can't they just favorite the project (with Scratch) and/or the page (with your browser)?

Very. If people aren't proud of being lazy, then Scratch isn't the way to start changing.Uh… Are you sure about that? If people are lazy, they're not going to change.

I would be very disturbed having projects in the list of my “favorites” that are not really my favorites (and only as a way to get back).
And I am going to stop arguing the use of bookmarks now.

Even though I disagree, I'm not gonna discuss about that. Very. If people aren't proud of being lazy, then Scratch isn't the way to start changing.
Anyway, why not bookmarking the page with your browser?
