The “Other” would ask you to write why you are reporting this user.

Those seem like pretty good options! However, I'd like to point out that the “Other” option is already a rejected suggestion.

The suggestion itself is different though. It doesn't add “Inappropriate comment” or “Inappropriate project” as an option, which solves the rejection.
I know you didn't explicitly state this is rejected, but just in case spectre and cosmo misunderstand.
