There are trumpet sounds in the Sound library, which is similar to a bugle. No support if the only reason is for use in war projects, though; war projects are an instant NFE at best.

If you really need to find a bugle sound effect, there's a little magical thing called Google that you can use to find one.

just go on youtube, find a bugle sound effect, and use a youtube mp3 downloader such as cobalt.tools to download the audio
