There’s nothing you can do other than record the music blocks then somehow turn the recording into an MP3.

no, but what you could do is record the music blocks to a video, and rename the mp4 to an mp3 (this works).

You probably have to use pitch effect or something to get the in-between notes

Immediate relatives may share accounts if they wish according to the ST

I don't think there's any dedicated tools. I would use the great Audacity to record audio output from Scratch, and then run the music blocks. Guide: https://support.audacityteam.org/basics/recording-desktop-audio
You won't be able to record audio output using Audacity if you are using an Android or iOS device or a Mac with an Apple M-series chip, which you can check by selecting About This Mac in the Apple menu.

That's still an MP4 file. MP3 and MP4 (informal terms) are names for specified formats of bytes. Renaming a file will not reformat the file to match it's file extension. A file extension (the text after the last dot in a file's name) is not a truthful indicator of a file's format. If that's worked with a program, even if the program didn't accept the file when it's name ended with “.mp4”, it's because it does understand MP4.

Actually it does with certain types of file on certain OSes.

Anyways, the original mp3s for the music extension are stored on GitHub here. You don't need to record them, although note that to apply affects to sounds you will need to modify them directly, something that the blocks normally do.

you could also record the screen with Bandicam (i use that), and then get the mp4 file, then use an online converter to convert it into mp3 (i’ve tried this before trust)
