I think that there should be a “url” block In the editor. It would be in the sensing section, and have the current url on in it.

Hi there! Thanks for the suggestion. In the suggestions forum, we like to keep everything nice and neat with only one topic for each idea. He meant a reporter block that tells the user the current URL.

I don't really see the point of this too well, I can just look at the top of the screen and see the current url there.

It could for used for purposes in the project

- turbowarp detectors easier
- piracy detection (refuse to load game if not on scratch)

Hey there! This isn't exactly a duplicate (as it's about a singular block rather than a full extension), however, this block suggestion, assuming #5 is correct, would actually be included within the “Internet Extension” suggestion.

No, pretty sure the whole suggestion is just a block that shows you the current URL. You aren't able to change the URL it shows (if I'm understanding the suggestion correctly)
