So, I have tested many methods. The studio method, the popular project method, and the comment method. The only problem with these are that they are slow, and people might not be interested with the project. Though, what is the true method? Like, I mean there must be better methods.

I am unfamiliar with this ‘popular project method’ and ‘comment method’, although if they include advertising I wouldn't continue doing that.
I'd say there's some things you can do:
1. Put an ad in your forum signature, make it an enticing banner, not just a link preferably. (forums)
2. Another one for the forums, you could make a topic in the show and tell forum, and bump it every once in a while. (forums)
Remember that Scratch is about learning how to code and isn't a social media, and be patient. Eventually your projects may garner more attention.

Hi, Adding your projects to as many related studios as possible, make attractive thumbnails, using appropriate hashtags ( eg. #games #animations ), engaging in the community ( eg. helping out/making a project for current Scratch events and the current SDS, using the Show and Tell forum, advertising in the correct places, spending a lot of time on 1 specific project and making short original titles. ( although this is just advice and I cannot guarantee you will get popular/more views by doing this )

You can engage with the community and advertise, but only advertise in places that are made specifically for ads, not in popular projects. You can also use the Show and Tell forum. Remember that it will always take time.
