Items of list printed.
Hello! I'm kind of new to scratch and I wanted to make an turn-based RPG. And I wanted to know if i can make an Event history thing; for example : in OMORI's battle UI, there is a textbox in the middle-top of the screen, it shows the current action that is happening. ( Player attacks, enemy's defend dropped, etc. )
In my game, the current action is added onto the first item of my action event list, it changes using the (replace item of list with “…”) block each time there is a new action event happening. There will be ALOT of action in my game since its a turn-based card game, meaning that it will change the list's item to this or that card being played, or this or that thing is doing something.
I'm wondering if its possible for letters of item's list being printed onto a sprite that is cloning itself and changing costume depending on the letters of item's list. Or maybe just change the action event text costume for each action, depending on the first item in action event list.
( If the letter cloning thing is hard to explain, the second ( costume for each action ) advice is okay. )
Sorry if you don't understand much about this topic! English is not my first language
If you don't understand, I'll try my best to explain this much further. Thanks
