Hi people

I need some help.

So today for the update to my current project, it's related to Sonic (Sonic CD specifically) and I need help with making objects stay in a certain spot without moving due to the screen. I want a Palmtree Panic rock to stay in a certain spot within the test map (Present time) but I have no idea how to make it stay in one spot without being forced to move.


Please help me, because I'm getting more confused every time.
