2.0 footers have them, but 3.0 doesn't. funnily enough, it only started having that link on 2.0 footers a while ago.
i don't even see any PRs to add the link, yet it's on the 2.0 footer.

Yeah, this shouldn't take very long to implement, and would be easy to implement.

Scratch Team's already working on this, but I agree.
