some other things I was thinking about:
- are we going to have an in cabin currency to get the pfps/storyline progressions/other things maybe? if so, what will it be (if we do have it, I was thinking either resources or snowflakes lol)?
- also do we want to do forum signatures as well? I don't know the pixel size for that but I could work on them this weekend!

hey!! i apologize for not responding ahaha its been a busy week with back to school preparation and my power went out for a bit yesterday ^^ the pfps look amazing omd i love them aaaah
illu-fi hasnt replied yet (i'll ping mouse) and fini said this “i'll just discuss it with my cos and get back to you” three days ago but hasn't said anything since
i think it should be fine to switch the pfps now!

so for animated banners i think it's the same process as normal banners (make them + download them + host them on cubeupload/other image host) except they're in gif format

yeah we can keep the races for just our cabin! do we know exactly what we're doing for it ahah just so we can quickly get setup done when we have to start (first weekend and third weekend you said…?)

okay so! i made kind of a rough calendar - for now it's 3 challenges but i'd like to know your guys' thoughts on how long the challenges should be, how many challenges we should have and when, etc etc
i have a few other ideas but i'll post them soon once they make sense in my head ahaha
• 2-3 days for intros/session start/how the cabin works
• ~4th-6th: first challenge - goal-setting maybe? e.g. “oh no we are lost we should plan/organize what to do” (journal/pick a few objectives for this month, whether personal or writing related)
• 8th/9th: cabin wars
• ~11th: signups for races?
• 15th/16th: races - “get supplies guys!!” xDD
• ~18th-21st: second challenge - writing?
• 22nd/23rd: cabin wars
• ~24th-27th: third challenge - self-care/exercise/sleep (after cabin wars & near the end of session). kind of a relaxing moment/conclusion? like, “we got rescued yay!! now have a good night's sleep!!”

so this is a bit of what i was thinking :D (i would've explained a bit more but i need to go to bed - basically depending on if a challenge is completed or not, the next one would be easier/harder)

- would any of you like to work on the thumbnails/studio intros (like the story bit at the start)/'about the storyline' section? (i can do anything ^^)

not sure if you have a plan already for it but maybe this challenge could be that there's some sort of natural disaster–like a snowstorm, avalanche?
if it was the snowstorm, maybe the campers become separated and have to find each other, or they have to find their way back to the shelter, and by writing words they can travel in different directions

okay alex i like the way you organized the challenges! and the race!! my question is how are they going to get the prompts? is it going to be more of a scavenger hunt as in, they go through projects and try to find them, or are we giving everyone clues that lead to swcers that they have to ask (in which case we’d need volunteers), or something else entirely? and we’d probably need to make a place in the wcg for the race where we can keep track of each team’s resources asw

hmm probably not with volunteers since it's a bit last minute lol. do we want the teams to “war” themselves, or do we give them the challenges? maybe if we give them the challenges it'd make more sense since you wouldn't start a competition when you're stranded in the snow xDD but then again would we need signups if it's just us giving the challenges? HELP IM SECOND-GUESSING EVERYTHING IM SAYING /hj
