Now, I found a solution because i'm commenting this while it happens to my project, heres the solution. So I Recommend you to add your sound and leave the sound tab, never touch it. but if you already have the sound. duplicate it- it returns back to normal on the cloned one (the one you select after you duplicated it) now never touch the sound tab.
