78ch3's Everything Shop is run by dedicated and talented Scratchers like you. If you want to offer assistance to others, show of your skills and improve your work, consider applying to join our team. It's free and helps out everyone.

Staff must remain active, complete orders and bump the topic when necessary. Responding to activity checks is mandatory.
There is no need to deny orders or applications, please leave this to department heads.

Scroll down for our staff application form. Be sure to read the rules before you apply!

Activity Key:
Green - High activity. Takes and completes orders regularly and on time.
Yellow - Moderate activity. Takes and completes orders sometimes. Missed the latest activity check.
Orange - Low activity. Not seen often, may be hardly active on their profile. Occasionally takes orders but is unreliable. Missed 2 activity checks.
Red - Limited activity. Rarely seen. Hardly takes orders. Missed 3 activity checks and will be fired soon.

Purple - On break. Not expected to be active.
Gray - This one is… weird. Nobody knows what it does, not even me, so don’t ask.

A # denotes a strike.
A ^ denotes an activity warning when staff frequently go inactive.
A % denotes a BoD member.

Strikes Explained
We expect our team to be respectful, reliable and reasonable. Staff who break rules or refuse to offer quality service will face strikes.
Strikes are denoted by the # next to their username.

Strikes will be applied in most cases of rule-breaking, including but not limited to:
- Showing disrespect to other customers or staff
- Spamming or advertising
- Refusing to take orders
- Taking orders and not completing them

Receiving strikes will lead to several consequences:
# Receiving one strike is a warning. You will be notified on your profile and on the shop topic. This is a reminder to follow the rules more closely.
## Receiving two strikes will remove you from any Board of Directors or Department Head position you may hold.
### Receiving three strikes will result in a removal from the staff team. You may not reapply or use our services for 1 month or more. You may reapply later, but it is less likely you will be accepted.

# A red strike is reserved for staff who were previously removed from the staff team after breaking rules. This counts as three strikes - you will be removed from the staff team, denied access to our services and barred from reapplication indefinitely.

Strikes will be cleared one by one every three (3) months.
Low activity will not be punished by strikes, but you will still face a lower activity level.

78ch3's Everything Shop has basic expectations for everyone who engages in shop activity. Staff, customers and other Scratchers must adhere to these requirements, or their access to our services may be suspended or terminated. Please use common sense when interpreting these rules and do not attempt to exploit them for your own gain.

These terms and conditions may seem quite excessive, but we are dedicated to fostering a safe, productive and respectful environment. The key rules have been underlined, although we recommend reading everything if you have the time as they're all important and must be followed.
(Reading is not that bad. Anyone who says “I ain't reading allat” will face a service termination)

For Everyone

The Community Guidelines are a constant. They must always be followed.
Please show respect. We are human and deserve to be treated fairly. We do not tolerate hate, harassment, discrimination or abuse. Extra respect must be shown to our staff, who dedicate their time and energy to this shop.
Nobody deserves exclusion, misfortune or hate based on their identity. We have zero tolerance for hate based on a Scratcher's looks, username, profile picture, age, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity or sexuality. If this rule is breached, your ability to access our services will be terminated and you will not be welcomed here again.
Do not spread misinformation, hate or negativity about our shop. Defacing our public image is scummy, whether it was an order you didn't like, a review that wasn't 100% positive, a staff member or an unrelated incident. It doesn't help any of us.
If you are not a part of our staff team, do not attempt to act like staff. Do not tell others their order or application is denied or there's something wrong with it. Do not tell staff how to do their job. You have no authority here.
Please do not bump the topic unless you are a part of our staff team.
Spam is annoying. Please do not post repeatedly, make unnecessary posts or make messages that are unreasonably long. You are not permitted to chat here if you are not a staff member. This includes posts solely to be the King/Queen/Ruler of a page, these will be reported to be removed as they are annoying and repetitive.
Advertising is strictly prohibited and your ability to use our services will be suspended. We do not care.
Blatantly revealing the codeword(s) will result in a service suspension with no exceptions.
All breaches of the Terms and Conditions should be reported to your nearest 78ch3 immediately (that's me)

For Shoppers

Users must have been on Scratch for 1 week and must have at least 10 forum posts to order. This is a measure to prevent fake orders, ban evasion and potential troublemakers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are not robots, wizards or the absolute best of the best, just Scratchers trying to have a good time. Please don't make your orders excessively complicated and keep deadlines reasonable. We have a minimum 4 day deadline, but more complex orders should have longer deadlines.
Please show respect and courtesy when ordering. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refuse further service if you do not follow this.
Be descriptive when making an order, and be very clear about the most important aspects. We will not accept orders that are vague and lack important details. Please limit yourself to one order at a time.
We will not accept orders done on behalf of another person.
Codeword “Papyrus” must be included in the form, otherwise your order will be rejected. Please do not make it obvious - hide it in a part of your order/in a sentence.

For Staff

Staff members may be given strikes for breaches of these T&Cs. These strikes indicate poor behaviour and persist for up to 3 months. A full explanation can be found on the Staff tab.
Adhere to the deadline when completing orders, but do not rush them. Quality is important, so don't feel too pressured by deadlines. That being said, try not to fall behind.
Make sure to get the job done. Taking orders without completing them inconveniences customers and harms our reputation, while also making you look unreliable. If you take too many orders, but don't finish enough of them, you may be removed from the staff team.
While we allow short chats about random things that may pop up, please keep them brief. Extended chats clog up pages and can cause orders to get lost in a sea of discussion. Use the official studio instead.
Regular activity is mandatory. If you become inactive, you will be removed from the staff team. Please fill out an inactivity form if you have planned inactivity for more than 3 days.
If you wish to apply for our staff team, you must include the codeword Faith hidden somewhere in your order form. Do not make it obvious.

When I joined this shop I gave cubeupload links and I got accepted, it doesn't have to be a project. It just has to be your art
