Kei Hino, a first year student in Tokorozawa Kita High School, is a quite optimistic and energetic person; not really different from the rest of the members. Despite seeming happy most of the time, he always tries to find a out a way to stop having too much confidence in himself; which he found out as a toxic trait as of from he was younger. Whenever he pressures himself after seeing he made a “fruitless effort,” (which most of the time he’s comforted in saying he’s not,) he ends up neglecting his health and bluffing about the severity.

His relationship with Saraki isn’t bad. He normally teases her to get a reaction and to make her feel better about her current mental health.

His uniform is a beige colour with a tie perfectly in the middle. There is no significance for class or who he is while wearing the uniform. Despite his hunger for satisfaction from others, he likes keeping his short blondish-brown hair messy. At home, he wears a light red jacket on top of a plain white shirt, and he wears black track pants along with it, despite how hot it can get in Japan.

Zutsuki Yanukeo (夜抜を 図月, Yanukeo Zutsuki)

Zutsuki Yanukeo, a first year at Hatogaya High School; 1-B, is the cheerful type. She never wants to see her friends sad, so she always manages to make them smile when needed. Due to her own self standards, she bottles up negative emotions and she let's it out either when alone or expressing it throughout anger; which is rare. Whenever she’s angry, her voice gets slightly deeper and her grip on things are tighter than usual. If there is no given opportunity to let her emotions out, she forgets about it; leaving those emotions unattended.

Zutsuki has short pink hair that reaches up to her shoulders. Her uniform is white with a pink bow in the middle. Her class is on her left sleeve and her name is visible on the top-right corner of her uniform. At home, she wears a pink jacket and some neutral blue shorts.

Etymology: (夜抜を 図月 yanukeo zutsuki) night sky (夜抜を yanukeo) night skip (夜 yoru) night (抜 nuke) extract (図月 zugetsu) figure (図 zu) figure (月 tsuki) moon in this context. Despite Zutsuki’s name being grammatically pronounced Zugetsu, you pronounce the Zu and Tsuki as if the characters weren’t connected as per her family’s wishes. When pronouncing her full name, it will be pronounced Zutsuki grammatically correct.

I dont practice either (which is funny since i somehow got flute part 2 in the fall concert, most people got part 3) also bc im in marching band and flute choir but when im forced to practice i do
