Scratch Movie: Quest for Bugs
There should be an editor role, in charge of reading the scripts and giving feedback, or is that already the brainstorming role?
I used to be an editor; promoted to writer a week ago.

What do you want to be?: Writing supervisor
How much experience do you have in that? Could you show some examples? (links): I’m already a writer (hired by mali3000 if I spelled that right, not written on OP though)
What makes you think you are good for this role?: I like to edit, and I think I’d be useful keeping others on track.
Are you confident in getting accepted? Why: Yeah, since rhombicosidodecahedrons are usually hired.

I’m pretty sure @TheBaton was already hired for the part.

Wondering if this can be put to the back of the script:
PICO: How do you know that?
SCRATCH CAT: (reminiscing) He— he was my teacher.
ALL EXCEPT SCRATCH CAT: WHAT?!
(Flashes back)
SCRATCH CAT: (narrating) Back when I first joined.. I — to say the least — was… bad at coding. (Movie shows Scratch Cat making simple clicker) Then, I met Kaj. (Movie shows Scratch Cat finding a Kaj project) He — he said he would help me excel at coding. (Movie shows Scratch Cat and Kaj learning broadcasts, variables, my blocks, etc.) And I did. (Movie shows Scratch Cat making platformers, animations, etc.) And he got mad. (Kaj shown posting mean comments on Scratch Cat’s projects) So, he started bugging my projects, and stealing my code. (Kaj shown stealing and bugging Scratch Cat’s projects.) So one day, I decided to report him. (Scratch Cat shown reporting Kaj) And he got banned. (404 Error shown on Kaj’s profile page)
Ummm wip.

Nah, I think that was a mistake on my part… mali3000 and I agreed it was kind of corny, but you'd have to check with him.

Gobo: Why would you think that?

Scratch Cat: Well That dosent matter, what does matter that your back gobo!
Gobo: Yep!
Nano: Now Lets get out of this hospital!
(They exit out of the hospital)
Scratch Cat: Now where do we need to go?
Nano: hmm, The Baton!
Scratch Cat: But we go to that place every time!
Nano: Alright.
Tera: Maybe we can-
( a shadow appears.)
Giga: Huh? what's that?
(A shadow comes closer)
Scratch Cat: (Whisper) I know that shadow, Everyone hide!
(They hide in the bush)
Kaj: Where is that cat?
ScratchBot 133245: My tracker followed Scratch cat and he is located here.
Kaj: Find him! Search everywhere! Go to trees, bushes, and even the grass!
ScratchBot 32464: Command running…
Tera: I think we were in danger!
Nano: Don't you think?
(A ScratchBot gets closer to a random bush)
(A ScratchBot burns the bush)
Giga: Oh we are in danger.
Nano: DON'T YOU THINK??
Scratch cat: Shush!
(A scratchbot hears nano's voice.)
Pico: Oh no! Were doomed!
Gobo: No were not!
(Gobo grabs a strong stick)
(Gobo pierce the stick to the ScratchBot, making him destroy his card.)
Gobo: That was close!
Nano: Nice skills!
Gobo: Thank you very muc-
Scratch cat: We need to get out of here!
Pico: Maybe we need to sneak out!
(The gang crawled out of here)
Nano: Why are we crawling? I feel like a baby again.
Scratch cat: We need to get out of here.

(#3226)this isn't really even accurate to actual scratch history, it was probbaly quite the opposite because kaj was mad because the projects got no views, likely due to bad coding, although it's not certain since there's pretty much no trace of kaj's projects.Wondering if this can be put to the back of the script:

The Supervisor's “Constitution”
I think supervisors should also have some other responsibilities. And I speak from bias, I know, but it's whatever. I wanted to create the framework to speed along the project. I feel like some of the extra responsibilities and jobs are iffy, and need fixing, but like I said, the framework is here. I don't want supervisors to have enough power to completely shut down somebody from contributions to this project. I wanted it to be fair, so I took a second, and balanced the jobs:
If there are directors that want to ammend or ratify this so-called “constitution”, quote and snip it with your response.

I feel like some of the extra responsibilities and jobs are iffy, and need fixing, but like I said, the framework is here. I don't want supervisors to have enough power to completely shut down somebody from contributions to this project. I wanted it to be fair, so I took a second, and balanced the jobs:
The Rights of Supervision
- Strikes - It should be well within the power of a supervisor to hand out strikes. However, if it is deemed unfair by any director, it will be lifted, and the supervisor will reflect onto themselves.
- Approvals and Veto - All supervisors should review work from their peers and give them tips to help the person who wants the directors to see it. That's why it is imperative that supervisors are experienced in their field. Also, supervisors should also be allowed to approve or deny work of somebody else. That is, unless a director steps in to approve the work. If the director thinks the denial or approval is appropriate, they don't have to do any intervention
- Editing Rights - Supervisors should be responsible for doing most editing.
The Laws of Supervision
- Judgement - Supervisors should be judged not only on their own forum activity and work, but everybody below them too. This means that a supervisor working all alone will likely lose his/her job because that's not what they were hired to do.
- Inactivity - If the supervisor is inactive for a time deemed long enough by the directors, they can simply lose their supervisor role. Then, slowly, they will accumulate strikes on their usual role, maybe an average writer or composer. If they come back, depending on what the directors think, the former supervisor could restore their position, but maybe as an assistant.
- Obedience and Submission as the Middleman - Supervisors should take direct orders from the higher-ups, namely the directors. This would mean that they will be responsible to solely enforce the directors' rules and commands, not their own.
Absolute LeadershipI don't want to chip away all the director control over the project, but a subtle distribution makes sense, so they don't have to do as much. Take a break, and you won't have to worry about the whole team straight up vacating the premises and having the project grind to a halt.
Disclaimer: It's not as bad as it sounds, I just hope we never have to use it.
- In dire and uncertain times, if the project is slowed down and on the brink of cancellation, supervisors may request Absolute Leadership to speed things up, so their decisions don't really have to go through the directors. They will work, almost around-the-clock to get the thing finished. Hopefully, this card would never have to be used, because it is basically irreversible. The use of this power implies that the project is in such dire straits that this is the only way.
If there are directors that want to ammend or ratify this so-called “constitution”, quote and snip it with your response.
