For Staff

Apply for a staff position and help fellow Scratchers with deliveries!

Requirements:
You must have Scratcher status.
You must have 15 Forum posts minimum.
You must have made at least 4 projects.
You must have been on Scratch for at least 3 months minimum, 6 months recommended.
Must be reasonably active and a respectful member of the community
Must have read the Very Important Rules ™.
Cannot have been banned or have more than 3 mutes, none preferably.
Cannot have negative history with this shop (spamming, harassment, badmouthing, etc).

We are always looking for partners to take orders and receive orders from, in order to keep shops in business.

Requirements:
2 orders at minimum.
Must be 2 weeks old
Must add us to your partnership list in blue.

You cannot have shown disrespect to us in any way.

Owner: absolute control over shop. Can call activity checks, take any order, make announcements about the shop, can hire and fire, request and accept partners and change main posts.
Co-owner: some level of control, but cannot change original posts or make large shop announcements. Can call activity checks, take any order, hire and fire (with reason), request and accept partners and maintain the shop during the owner's inactivity periods.

1.0 - Always be respectful to Scratchers
1.1 - Make sure to read the Scratch TOS as well
1.2 - If you are experiencing rude comments from Scratchers then report immediately
1.2.1 - If they continue to post rude comments then notify another employee and scratch team. Do not interact
1.3 - EMPLOYEES: You are not allowed to take more than the required time requested on an order
1.3.1 - If you fail this you will be awarded with a strike, (exemptions will be excluded)
1.4 - Make sure to follow the order requirements that the customer asks
1.5 - Be a good person
1.6 - Keep chatting to a minimum unless ALL orders are complete,
1.7 - When quoting a chain of already quoted posts, keep quote chain to a max of FIVE quotes, this helps reduce the clutter and makes pages shorter while keeping them easy to understand.

2.1 : Only staff members can bump this topic

ENGLISH : To fill a form, just copy the one you want to use. Then, go all the ways down the page. You will find a text box where you can write a message. Just paste the form in this text box, and fill it. Once you're done, click the “send” button to send your message.
FRANCAIS : Pour remplir un formulaire, copie celui que tu veux utiliser. Ensuite, va tout en bas de la page. Tu y trouverai une zone de texte dans laquelle tu peux écrire un message. Colle le formulaire dans la zone de texte, et remplis le. Enfin, clique sur le bouton “envoyer” pour envoyer ton message.
