Is it possible to make ramen in a klein bottle

You see that cool thing right there? That's called a Klein Bottle. It has zero volume whatsoever (somewhat debatable)

In order to cook ramen (more so instant noodles), you need to find a container in which to boil them until and boil them in 500mL (or for my American friends ~16.907 fluid oz) thoroughly until fully cooked. Water boils at 100° (212° in freedom units) After 3 or so minutes, the ramen should be suitable for consumption.

So, is there any math or logical reasoning to maybe prove or disprove my hypothesis before I actually do it?

I'm sure cliff stoll would appreciate this if you get it to work

How do you plan on getting the ramen through the neck of the bottle?

referring to the picture, possibly the hole in the top and swish it around so that it would go on the inside

Water can actually be held in the bottom of the bottle (oriented as it is in your picture there), so get a large enough Klein bottle and you can cook ramen.

I'm pretty sure it can also be held in the larger portion at the top of the picture

In theory it could, but in practice it's almost impossible to get fluid in there and keep it there, without a powered water source (a hose with a pump).

If it was oriented like as you mentioned, how should I boil the ramen? place the ramen in a Klein bottle filled with water in a pot of boiling water? How would this be able to prop? or would the boiling water be able to get inside the Klein bottle if laid on its side?

EDIT: Of course this is easier said than done, but assuming we can easily get water and ramen in the bottle XD

All that it takes to boil water is to heat it up, right?

Build an electric stove with the heating elements placed in such a way that they roughly evenly heat the Klein bottle, while also holding it upright.

Honestly I don't have any experience cooking ramen (it doesn't come up often for me), so I can only offer advice on how to get water in there and heat it up to 100°C.

You could fill up a pot with water, fill the bottle with water, then put the bottle in the pot. This should give you even heating and the pot keeps the bottle from falling over.

Ah, that is what I was thinking. How should the ramen be seasoned? XD

Another thing to worry about- how good is the glass of an average Klein bottle? I feel like most Klein bottles out there are made of weak glass because it would be mostly used for educational purposes (cooking ramen in one of these totally isn't educational :0 ). I know some thermometers might bust under the heat of the boiling water, so should I have to worry about this when it comes to the glass?

Well, you could just make your own Klein bottle or contract someone to do it for you.

It doesn't even have to be glass- a Klein bottle is really a geometric concept, so you could make it out of anything (assuming you can keep it in the shape of a Klein bottle).

I tried to find a Klein bottle made of plastic, but the only ones I can find have some type of holes in them

This may be the peak of scientific thoughts. I don't think humanity can go any farther honestly.

You say it has zero volume whatsoever… By that logic, so does a coffee mug, a cooking pot, a glass, etc.

Yes, because the have no defined inside/outside (technically). I heard both sides of the argument, so I left it as it was. I can change it as time goes on.
