Hi! There are many types of animations, and I don't know which ones you like!
Maybe you could make an animation about something of your everyday life everyone can relate to, like homework or smth like that. You could also make a smooth animation where you just practice animating, like the one I made today (totally not advertising lol)
Tip: I often get inspiration by playing other peoples projects. Another good source of inspiration is always the featured studios row on the front page (if you're lucky to be on Scratch in one of the few hours that they actually show up). These usually offer a good variety of themes.
Here are some concrete ideas:

an animation that shows the life cycle of a plant
an animation with magic in it
an interactive animation where the viewer can decide what the main character will do next (I think this would be very cool)
an animation about building a snowman and then it melts
