For customers

1. Be nice. Follow the Community Guidelines. Rudeness can and probably will result in a strike, which after 2 customer strikes will result in a ban!
   
2. Be patient and give reasonable deadlines. We're not wizards or programming whizzes like @griffpatch If you are asking for a small feature, then while it may not take more than an hour, we still ask for a 2 week deadline at least. And if you are asking us to make half of your 3000 block project, 2 weeks is not reasonable. (use keyword suspicious in the order form).
   
3. We ask that you please leave a review
   
4. You must be a Scratcher to order
   
5. no chatting or spam`
   
6. If you change your mind, notify the employee that took your order that you are cancelling.
   
7. Please snip long quotes
   
8. We reserve the right to accept or deny any order. Being rude about a denied order will result in a ban.
   
9. if you don't like our product, we can always redo it! Just redo the form and say that you would like your product to be redone!
   
10. Be friendly and kind to our staff.
    
11. Any product we give you (program, art sound, etc.) that is used in a project MUST have credit and a link to this shop or we will report it!
    

For staff
1. Be nice. Follow the Community Guidelines.
2. Be on time with your order. If you can't finish an order before the deadline, notify the customer and me on our profiles or wherever the customer requests contact with a reason why it wont be finished before deadline. If you need another employee to finish it, let me know. Failure to notify about missed deadlines results in a strike.
3. No chatting with customers. You may chat with other employees, but only if you have completed all assigned orders.
4. Respond to activity checks! They will be almost weekly. You are required to respond within 3 days. Failure to respond to 2 activity checks in a row will result in getting a strike!
5. 1 Bump per day! always check to make sure somebody else hasn't bumped!
6. USING AI WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL RESULT IN GETTING BANNED
7. you will be required to notify me on my profile when you have completed an order with the link to the finished product. This is so that I can archive completed orders.
8. If the order is something like art, code, or audio(music & FX), it must be put in a project and that project cannot be unshared. please send the link to the customer and put the project in the official studio!
(Use keyword inconspicuous in the Staff Application Form.)
9. If you apply for a board of admin position, you are still expected to take on regular staff duties on top of your board duties

Description: Banner for a fictional shop. The shop is titled “Big Bunker Super Services”. Its title should be located at the top with a large, angular font in grey. Underneath is the text “Come down for epic deals!” in a smaller pixel font (such as VT323). The background should be a pixel art rendition of a 3D dark hallway leading towards an illuminated vault door. Below it are pixelated power tools along with a forklift, which should somewhat blend in to the shadows. There should be an industrial feeling to the whole piece. Ideally, the dimensions are 2:1.

Suggestions: I don't want to sound mean, but the tree doesn't look very good if I'm being honest. If you weren't confident in your skills as a pixel artist, I gave an option to do vector instead. Now for improvement: less color and less blending. When you blend a bunch, it makes it look like a blurry image rather than pixel art. the colors in the wood part of the tree are basically (but not exactly) all the same but with slightly different brightnesses, giving it a smudgy look, and the leaves blend into the the wood in a strange way. the vector stuff on your profile looks pretty cool, so I'm kinda sad that you didn't just do that instead :<
