Today we have the 100th edition of Wiki Wednesday for everyone!

We would like to thank the contributors of all of our different language Wikis for picking articles to feature for our special 100th version. Apologies for the delays in getting this up.

English: Project Tutorials

Project Tutorials are tabs inside a project that are accessible by clicking the lightbulb icon that says “Tutorials” on the top bar of the project editor. They each have a video, some step-by-step tabs, and a More things to try page. They were added in Scratch 3.0. There are currently 25 tutorials, and they are accessible from the Ideas Page as well as the editor header in the project editor.

French (français): Mercredi du wiki

Le Mercredi du Wiki (en anglais “Wiki Wednesday”) est un événement mensuel organisé par l'Équipe Scratch (et des anciens membres de cette dernière) présentant un article par Scratch Wiki (un par langue, donc) à partir de suggestions des éditeurs du Wiki, dans le but de mieux les faire connaître aux autres scratcheurs.

: Dutch (Nederlands): Neem () Stappen

The move () steps block is een bewegingsblok. In tegenstelling tot de verander x met () of de verander y met () blokken, verplaatst dit blok zijn sprite het gespecificeerde aantal “stappen” ‘'’voorwaarts in de richting waarin hij wijst'''. Een stap is gelijk aan een lengte van één pixel. De Standaardwaarde is 10 en kan door elk getal worden vervangen. Het blok gebruikt trigonometrie om in de juiste richting te bewegen, omdat een computer er zo mee omgaat. Net als alle andere bewegingsblokken is dit blok niet toegankelijk vanaf de achtergrond en zal het niet werken als het vanuit een sprite wordt geïmporteerd.

Hindi (हिन्दी, हिंदी): युवा सलाहकार बोर्ड

युवा सलाहकार बोर्ड (आमतौर पर संक्षिप्त रूप में याब) एक ऐसा कार्यक्रम है जिसे स्क्रैचर को स्क्रैच टीम के साथ सहयोग करने में सक्षम बनाने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जो युवा दृष्टिकोण से स्क्रैच के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान करता है और स्क्रैच के निरंतर विकास में योगदान देता है।

Turkish (Türkçe): Keşfet

Keşfet özelliği kullanıcıların ilgilerini çeken projeleri veya stüdyoları bulmalarına olanak tanır.

Russian (Русский): Фонд Скретча

Фонд Скретча (Scratch Foundation) — это некоммерческая организация, собирающая средства на развитие Скретча и его подпроектов.

What is the Scratch Wiki?
The Scratch Wiki is a collaboratively-written wiki available for free that provides information about the Scratch programming language and its website, history, and phenomena surrounding it. The wiki is supported by the Scratch Team, but is primarily written by Scratchers. The Scratch Wiki is a popular source of information for scripts and tutorials, and it continues to grow as Scratchers use it as their primary source of information. This could also include advanced articles for Scratchers around the world to build, share, and see.

There are many languages which do not have a Scratch Wiki! If you know a language without a Wiki, then you can help create one. Learn more here! We are looking for native speakers in a certain language and do not require any applicants to have a perfect grasp on the English language.
