How long have you been on staff?: Just about a month
Position you would like: Coding Manager
Why you want this: I love to help people in their coding adventures and I believe that as a coding manager I would be further enabled to do just that. I work in many shops, and I can confidently say that this shop has potential-we just need the orders to reach said potential. If I have the ability to help this shop grow & develop, I would like to use it.
Why should we choose you?: I believe that I am a very skilled coder, as I have many years of experience under my belt. I take complex classes (in regards to school) and as a result have acquired the skills to manage many elements simultaneously. I don't back down from challenges and I do my absolute best to stay consistent, even under difficult circumstances.

Edit: I know I'm supposed to be serious, but what's a shop with no energy?
