Allow declining studio invites

This might be useful for letting people know that you are not interested in the studio. But I think they would've gotten the hint if you haven't accepted the invite after a few days. The only other way I see this being alright is clearing storage space for scratch.

the useful thing about ignoring studio invites is that i am technically still allowed to curate at any time; i just have to accept the invite later when i decide to actually join.

While ignoring it is an option, I also do see the benefit of being able to “decline” an invite to sort of resolve the issue from a mental perspective - no loose ends kinda thing.
